Berries, Yogurt and Granola all come together to make this delightful breakfast or dessert.
3 cups mixed fresh strawberries and raspberries or blueberries, blackberries
2 cups Plain Greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt
1 1/2 cup granola
almonds or walnuts, chopped
1. In a large bowl ,combine the berries with a little sugar, which sweetens the berries and allows them to soften and release their juices.
2. Line up 4 parfait or stemmed wine glasses. Spoon some raspberries, yogurt, and granola. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used. Sprinkle almonds or walnuts, if desired.
