Berries, yogurt, granola, nuts, seeds, and honey or another sweetener are all combined to make this delicious breakfast or dessert.


As a result of its simple ingredients, granola is a healthy food. While the oats provide fiber, the nuts and seeds provide protein and heart-healthy unsaturated fats.

Choose yogurt and granola with the smallest amount of added sugar to keep your Parfait healthy.


This large parfait can be made for a delicious breakfast - or it can be halved for a yummy snack.

Ingredients

 Serving 4

  • 3 cups fresh strawberries and blueberries or another choice of berries

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt 

  • 1 1/2 cup granola

  • almonds or walnuts, chopped


 

Method

Line up 4 parfait glasses. Spoon some berries, yogurt, and granola. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used. Sprinkle almonds or walnuts on top, if desired.


A delicious breakfast or a tasty snack, this parfait is a great combination of flavor and texture.
