Mango, Avocado and Tomatoes Salad

Fresh, healthy, fast and filing, this salad makes a great supper or snack!

Chocolate-Hazelnut Peach Tart

Serves 2

  • 2 mangoes, sliced

  • 2 avocados, sliced

  • 8 cherry tomatoes, cut in half or 2 other variety of tomatoes

  • 1/2 small red onion, finely sliced

  • lettuce leaves (optional)

  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

For the Dressing

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp white whine vinegar

  • 1 tsp citron juice

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 2 tsp coriander, fresh leaves


​1. Make the dressing by combining all the ingredients in a small bowl; whisk well.

​2. Toss the mangoes, avocado, tomatoes and onion in a serving bowl.

3. Lightly season with salt and pepper, then toss with the dressing.

​4. Serve with lettuce leaves.
