The Alfredo sauce is a thick white sauce with a rich aroma that is typically served with pasta in Italian cuisine.


Using butter, double cream, and grated Parmesan cheese, this sauce is ready in a few minutes.



 

Prep. Time: 5 min

 

Ingredients

  • 120g butter

  • 250 ml double cream

  • 150g grated Parmesan

  • salt and pepper for taste


 


Method


1. Melt the butter in a pan over low heat. Add double cream and mix well. 2. Remove from the heat and add the grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Mix until the composition becomes homogeneous. Serve with pasta or your favorite food.
