This grilled fish, easy to prepare, and rich flavors of the curry, will be perfect with salads and grilled vegetables.
500g (1 1/2 lbs) or 4 salmon fillets, without skin
1 lemon juice
3 tsp curry powder
1 tsp coarse salt
2 italien tomatoes, sliced
4 lemons. sliced
freshly ground pepper
1. Heat the grill over medium heat. Drizzle each piece of salmon with lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt, curry powder and freshly ground pepper. Add tomato slices on top. Season with salt and pepper.
2. After grill is heated, arrange sliced lemons right next to each other; making a bed to set the salmon on top. Make sure to have enough. Set the salmon directly on the lemon slices, not on the grill.
3. Cook about 15-20 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon and desired tenderness. Remove the fish from lemon slices and serve.
