Grilled Curried-Lemon Salmon

This grilled fish, easy to prepare, and rich flavors of the curry, will be perfect with salads and grilled vegetables.

Serves 4

  • 500g (1 1/2 lbs) or 4 salmon fillets, without skin

  • ​1 lemon juice

  • 3 tsp curry powder

  • 1 tsp coarse salt

  • 2 italien tomatoes, sliced

  • 4 lemons. sliced​

  • freshly ground pepper


​​​​​​1. Heat the grill over medium heat. Drizzle each piece of salmon with lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt, curry powder and freshly ground pepper. ​Add tomato slices on top. Season with salt and pepper.

2. After grill is heated, arrange sliced lemons right next to each other; making a bed to set the salmon on top. Make sure to have enough. Set the salmon directly on the lemon slices, not on the grill.

3. Cook about 15-20 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon and desired tenderness. ​Remove the fish from lemon slices and serve.
