The wonderful flavor of mustard and honey makes these fish the catch of the day. Serve this tasty dish with basmati rice.
2 Halibut fillet or other firm fish
3 Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
5 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp mustard
1 Tbsp black pepper, coarsely ground
4 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 lemon juice
Side for White Fish with Garlic and Honey: Basmati Rice
1. In a large bowl, mix the fish with the lemon juice, parsley, honey, mustard and garlic. Season with salt and pepper, cover and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
2. Heat the oil in a heavy frying pan and add the fish. Cook the marinate fish over medium heat until easily flaked with a fork, turning gently once or twice.
3. Serve immediately, accompanied by Basmati Rice
