Prosciutto and Pepper mini-Pizza

Chocolate-Hazelnut Peach Tart

The delicious flavors of these easy mini-pizzas are hard to beat!


Serves 6

  • ​1 loaf crusty Italian bread, sliced

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

For topping

  • ​1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced and roasted

  • 1 yellow pepper, sliced and roasted

  • 6 slices prosciutto

  • 200g mozzarella cheese, shredded


1. Cut the bread into slices. Brush slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

​2. C​ut the pepper into thick strips. Add 1 tbsp olive oil in the skillet, and sauté them for 1-2 minutes or until tender.

​3. Add a layer of shredded cheese on each loaf bread. Top with pepper strips, prosciutto and shredded cheese. Bake for 5 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling. Serve immediately. ​
