Grilled Salmon with Lemon-Soy sauce Marinade

This grilled salmon came out juicy and very flavorful


Serves 4

  • 1 1/2 kg (3 pounds) salmon fillet

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 2 Tbsp dark brown sugar

  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 Tbsp grated lemon peel

  • 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary leaves

  • juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • coarse salt, freshly ground pepper

  • 1 lemon, sliced

  • sprigs of rosemary for garnishing


​​​​​​​​1. In a small bawl, combine all the ingredients (except lemon slices and rosemary sprigs) and mix well. Pour mixture over salmon, making sure it is coated on both sides. Marinate for at least an hour before cooking.

2. Preheat the grill. Cook salmon for 5-6 minutes each side for medium rare.

3. Place salmon on serving platter and garnish with lemon slices and sprigs of rosemary. Serve with grilled vegetables.
