Cherry Clafoutis is an easy and delicious French dessert consisting of fresh sweet cherries suspended in a pancake-like batter.
2 large eggs
70g (1/2 cup) flour
3 Tbsp sugar
180 ml (3/4 cup) almond milk or regular milk and add 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
300g (11 oz) cherries
butter for the tart pan
1. Preheat oven to180 °C (350°F). Generously coat a tart pan (8 inch - 20cm) with butter.
2. In bowl, whisk the eggs and flour together. Add the sugar. Gradually add the milk.
3. Pour the batter into the tart pan. Wash the cherries and arrange them in the pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden-brown.
