This easy to make sandwich is both healthy and very tasty!
1 italian bread, sliced
200g (7 oz) Brie cheese, sliced
1 medium apple, sliced
250g (8 oz) smoked turkey, thinly sliced
1. Layer 4 italian bread slices with Brie cheese, smoked turkey sliced, apple slices and fresh arugula.
2. Top each with 1 bread slice. Brush sandwiches with melted butter.
3. Cook sandwiches, in batches, in a preheated panini press for 3-4 minutes or until golden-brown and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
