Turkey, Brie, and Apple Panini

Chocolate-Hazelnut Peach Tart

This easy to make sandwich is both healthy and very tasty!


Ingredients;

Serves 4


  • 1 italian bread, sliced

  • 200g (7 oz) Brie cheese, sliced

  • 1 medium apple, sliced

  • 250g (8 oz) smoked turkey, thinly sliced

  • butter, melted

  • fresh arugula



Method


1. Layer 4 italian bread slices with Brie cheese, smoked turkey sliced, apple slices and fresh arugula.


​2. Top each with 1 bread slice. Brush sandwiches with melted butter.


​3. Cook sandwiches, in batches, in a preheated panini press for 3-4 minutes or until golden-brown and cheese is melted. Serve immediately. ​
