Using avocados, cocoa powder, coconut oil for texture, and honey for sweetness, this chocolate pudding is as sweet and creamy as a standard chocolate pudding, but with fewer calories and more nutrients.
A healthy avocado pudding that's velvety smooth, chocolaty, and super-easy to make. It can be enjoyed whenever you want to because it is so healthy!
Prep. Time: 5 min
2 ripe avocados, peeled and scooped
25g (1/4 cup) cocoa powder
60 ml (1/4 cup) almond milk or coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp coconut oil
2 Tbsp organic honey or maple syrup
1. In a blender or food processor, blend the avocado flesh, cocoa powder, almond milk, vanilla, coconut oil and honey. Blend on high until silky smooth.
2. Divide the mixture between 2 serving glasses or 2 little bowls.
3. For a special touch, top your pudding with roasted nuts, peanuts, or grated chocolate (dark or vegan).
