Tips to make Grilled Salmon Kebabs

1. If using wooden skewers, soak them at least 30 minutes to avoid burning.

3. If you aren’t using an outdoor grill, you can still prepare the grilled salmon a la mangue in a skillet or grill pan. You’ll get the same tasty results.

Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 200g salmon fillet, without skin, cut into pieces

  • 100g cherry tomatoes,

  • 2 mangos, peeled and cut into pieces

  • 4 tablespoons orange juice

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce


Method

​​1. In a medium bowl, combine the orange jus and soy sauce. Put the salmon cut into pieces and coat. Set aside for 10 minutes.

2. Pre-heat your grill and generously grease your grill grate with a cloth dipped in oil. Beginning and ending with cherry tomatoes, thread one cherry tomato, the salmon onto wood skewers, altering with pieces of mango.

3. Grill the 'kebabs' for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until the fish is cooked through.
